Scarecrow Fall Wreath for Holiday Decor. I created this with a 18 inch round straw hat. I used burlap for the hat , straw for the hair, colored pinecones with leaves and a bow. Painted the face. This can be used to hang on the wall or on the door for the Holiday Season.
